How to Start Training at CrossFit Central London

We have a number of options to help you reach your goals.
We have Personal Training, CrossFit classes, Nutrition & Lifestyle coaching; We tailor these to suit you as an individual, to best help you reach your goals.

We use each of, or a combination of the services that we have to help you reach your specifica goals as an individual – Whether that is to lose weight, build muscle, feel more confident, fit in your old clothes, look better, live better, get stronger, get your first pull up. Whatever your goals are, we have options to help you get there and use the options we have to build you the best route to reaching your goals.

So how do you start the journey to training with us and reaching your goals?

  1. Book a free intro call with a coach

We aren’t like other gyms. We don’t just throw you into the fire and hope for the best.
We want to talk to you about your goals and how we can best help you reach them. We want to know about your previous experience, your nutrition, your lfiestyle, work, stress, hobbies.
Then we can show you the best plan, to best help you reach your goals, in the fastest time.

2. Start working one-on-one with a coach

We always start by working with you one-on-one. We don’t just leave you to figure it out on your own. We are here to coach you and guide you every step of the way towards you achieving your goals.
This means you start working one-on-one with a coach to asses your starting point, help you learn how we’re going to coach you, understand the terminology, helping you to be confident and comfortable in your training

3. Focus on the first 12 weeks

You will start with a structured out first 12 weeks. Building the habits, making small positive changes in the right direction. Helping you build the solid foundation of movement, technique and confidence that will help you make lasting changes and help you reach your goals

4. Review your progress

You will sit down with your coach and review your progress. You will set actionable goals and targets to achieve both inside and outside of the gym in the rest of your life. Sleep, hydration, daily steps, etc.
You will build positive habits in your lifestyle outside of the gym.
You will review your progress to keep you on track and to more importantly celebrate your wins.
You will celebrate your wins and progress with your coach, then set the plan for the next goals and targets for you to reach.
