For more than 15 years, CrossFit Central London has been helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through structured training and great coaching. Located in the heart of the city, our gym brings together people who want to train hard, improve their fitness, and enjoy the process along the way.

CROSSFIT

Our CrossFit classes combine strength training, conditioning, and functional movement into constantly varied workouts that keep training exciting. Every class is coached from start to finish, helping you improve technique, build fitness, and stay motivated.

Work one to one with an experienced coach who will build a program around your specific goals. Personal training is ideal for anyone wanting individual attention, focused coaching, and faster progress.

CFCL is home away from home when I’m in London from the States. I’m usually there for a week or more at a stretch, and visiting this gym is one thing I look forward to the most when in town. I love walking over from the hotel at 6am, down the alley and into the expansive space where people are getting at it. The WOD’s are always good and I especially appreciate the coaches - I look forward to seeing my Boston brethren Douglas and I also had Becca coach this week and both are always awesome. Definitely visit when you’re in town.
