CrossFit Central London Training
Foundations Training is our introduction course designed to introduce you to CrossFit and the movements you will be using while training with us.
Beginners classes provide further technique training and at the same time increasing fitness by practicing the skills learnt in a workout environment.
The Workout of the Day, or WOD, is what CrossFit is all about. Each class starts with a warm up, followed by a skill/strength element and finishes with a WOD.
Dedicated Olympic Weightlifting classes which focus solely on this aspect of training. These sessions will help improve your overall performance in WOD classes, or can be used as a separate form of strength/power training.
Utilising traditional yoga postures, this class will help maintain mobility, increase flexibility whilst building stability in the body helping improve your CrossFit movements.
Our Kettlebell classes focus on improving technique, strength development and conditioning through the use of kettlebell based WODs.
If you feel that you would benefit from a training programme individually tailored to you, then you may prefer 1-2-1 sessions with one of our Personal Trainers.
We often run a number of unique seminars to aid and improve your training goals.
