Our CrossFit Class Schedule

CrossFit Central London offers a range of group CrossFit class times throughout the week. From the early morning wake-up classes to a lunch time workout, post-work evening session or a weekend fitness fix, there’s a class time to suit every schedule. In addition to our standard CrossFit classes, CrossFit Central London also regularly offers weekend specialty classes, including Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and competition training, providing extra opportunities to refine your skills. These unique sessions, exclusive to our Central London location, are perfect for members looking to focus on specific areas outside of regular weekday classes.

At CrossFit Central London our classes follow the CrossFit methodology, adopting classic CrossFit group class programming. Expect to see a range of different modalities throughout the week, truly capturing the essence of ‘Constantly Varied Functional Movement’. The Workout Of The Day is different every day, ranging from a sweaty, high-intensity WOD, to a slower paced ‘heavy day’.

Specialist Classes

On occasion, specialist classes will be available on the timetable, such as an Olympic Weightlifting-focussed workshop, to a CrossFit Competition style class. These are designed to supplement our core CrossFit programming, offering members the opportunity to work towards a specific skill or discipline.
