Whether you are an old pro or a CrossFit novice, if feel you would benefit from a training programme individually tailored to you then you may prefer one of our Personal Trainers to work with you directly. Maybe you feel self-conscious about your abilities and would prefer some help getting up to speed before you join a class. Perhaps you have specific goals in mind and would like a programme made specifically to you. Or it could be that your schedule prevents you from making our normal classes. Whatever the reason, we have experienced Personal Trainers who would be happy to give you their undivided attention.
